Banon's Skill- Pray
You will be in control of Bannon from the time you leave the returners Hideout, until Terra, Edgar, and Bannon reach Narshe. If you let Bannon die at any time, you have to restart from your last save. With Bannon's skill though, that should be easy to avoid.
Bannon possesses a Pray skill. When this is used, he will heal the entire party with the equivalent of Cure 2. This is definitely a lifesaver, and allows the other 2-3 party members to focus more on attacking. Be very careful, as Bannon has poor defenses. Stick him in the back row, and prepare for Terra to heal as well if needed.
