Rohan is the leader of the infamous Order. Rohan seeks to resurrect Dracula and sign some form of a blood pact with him.

Though one of the rare times where Death is not a fightable enemy, he does make his presence known in this title. When Desmond is killed in battle, Dracula's loyal servant will hover over his body and relinquish Desmond of his soul.
